You Are IT encourage children and teens to discover who they are and embrace their strengths and talents.

Jointly with Vibi, You Are IT developed a program in Spanish for adults to optimize their mental and emotional health. Our goal is to prepare such program in English.

Sprouts Chef Training

In 2006 Sprouts launched in the Bay Area with the mission to empower youth to lead healthier lives by teaching them how to cook alongside real chefs at local restaurants.

After teaming up with Jamie Oliver in 2012, Sprouts created a Chef Training Program to help youth experiencing hardship achieve stability and financial autonomy through life success training and restaurant internships. 

Youth at Sprouts are paired with a chef mentor and wrap around program to develop the vocational skills needed to secure and maintain a culinary job. Graduates use these entry-level jobs to kickstart culinary careers, pay for education, or pursue new industries.
