Hey, I wanted to give a quick shout-out to Patriot Holdings and Jeremiah Boucher. I have known Jeremiah for about seven years, and I invested in Patriot Holdings about two to three years ago, and I have been incredibly happy with the returns and service that Patriot Holdings has given me since I've invested. So, his team's constantly emailing quarterly updates. all the time communicating with how things are going. And then if you have a question, you can always call and talk to one of their team members. And then lastly, the transparency is amazing. I can see all the investments that I have, all the storage and mobile homes that my money is in. And that's pretty cool, because then I get bragging rights to tell my friends and business associates that I'm a part owner in all these cool storage facilities. So there's no way to guarantee future returns, obviously, in real estate, but If you're looking for someone who's got just an incredible track record, incredible team, and great communication, then I strongly, strongly recommend Patriot Holdings. We love working with Jeremiah Boucher and Patriot. I met Jeremiah about 12 years ago through my wife. And I remember since I met him, he was always very humble. And I think what strikes me most about him is his honesty. the fact that he was straightforward, no bull straight to the point.
